Honeycomb Cores and Composite Honeycomb Panels are advanced lightweight, high-strength materials manufactured for use in architectural structures, industrial facilities, and shipbuilding—where low weight is required, weight is a critical constraint, and high strength is simultaneously demanded. In conventional decoration and fit-out, components such as doors, panels, and furniture produced with wood, steel, or aluminum frequently emerge as the primary contributors to the overall weight of a structure or vessel. For precisely these cases, we offer our Composite Honeycomb and Corrugated Panels as systems that add minimum weight to your build while delivering maximum strength.
As one example of the lightness and strength of our Aluminum Honeycomb Panel, compared with a conventional Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) used for the same purpose, our material provides up to twice the strength while being approximately 2 kg/m² lighter.
With their honeycomb or corrugated cell structures brought into a composite form, our panels are laminated with various surface finishes upon request from architectural and production departments, and are delivered to our customers with excellent appearance, low weight, and high strength. Depending on customer preference, surface finishes can be varied; additionally, the cell geometry can be adapted to the application area, enabling different configurations while maintaining high strength.
Depending on the cell structure, our Honeycomb and Corrugated Composite Panels:
