Bantape G110 CW/R water-based acrylic adhe- sive has a weight of 105 gr/m2. Its thin structure and the scrim structure in the adhesive ensure that it remains perfectly on the surface. Thanks to its soft structure, it provides easy adhesion on the most difficult surfaces with very little pressure.

It is essential that the user evaluate the Bantape® G11025 R/CW Glass Cloth Tape product to determine whether it is fit for a particular purpose and user’s method of application. Good results will be obtained when applied to a clean, dry surface with a suitable pressure on Bantape® G11025 R/CW Glass Cloth Tape products between +10 ~ +40°C (+50 ~ +105 °F).
Surface Preparation
It is essential, as with all pressure-sensitive tapes, that the surface to which the tape is applied must be clean, dry, free of grease, oil or other contaminants.
Storage & Self Life
18 months when stored at 21°C (70°F) / 50% relative humidity out of direct sunlight. The utilization of Bantape® G11025 R/CW Glass Cloth Tape must be checked with shipyard respectively
class surveyor before installation.
Bantape® G11025 R/CW Glass Cloth Tape should be additionally pressed on the glass cloth faced minerwool products with a scraper.
The right contact pressure of the Bantape® R/CW Glass Cloth Tape on faced light weight mineral wool products should be considered suffciently.
